We are looking for a Meta Buyer for our Meta Ads agency who will blow us away. Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am–5pm CST
Compensation: $80,000 base salary + performance incentives (OTE $90,000)

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am–5pm CST Compensation: $80,000 base salary + performance incentives (OTE $90,000) About Homeowner Marketers Homeowner Marketers is a performance-driven marketing agency specialising in painting businesses across the United States. We manage high-spend accounts and take full ownership of lead generation for our clients.
We don’t build “good enough” campaigns. We build systems that win, consistently, predictably, and at scale.
In this role, you will be able to see estimate set rate and cost per estimate set (among many more data points) to optimize lead flow and quality for painting businesses. Said another way: you will have more data that you've ever had with a service based client to hit targets. And we expect you to blow us and our clients away with these tools.
This role is for a senior, experienced Meta Media Buyer who takes pride in performance, ownership, and being excellent at their craft.
The Role As a Meta Media Buyer at Homeowner Marketers, you will be responsible for strategising, executing, and optimising Meta ad campaigns across multiple painting business accounts, each spending $50,000+ per month.
You will be working inside a market where nuance matters, seasonality, lead quality, service areas, and booking capacity all impact performance. Prior experience in home services advertising is essential. Prior experience with painters is preferred.
This is not a junior or learning role. You will be trusted to run meaningful budgets, make real decisions, and own results. Experienced & Proven You’ve been managing Meta ad campaigns for at least 5 years, have managed and retained $50K+/month clients, have managed over $10M in total ad spend and know most of the strategies that work in Meta Ads. Note: 3 years is acceptable if you have specifically worked with painting contractors in the United States.

Experience Requirements - Proven experience running Meta ads for home services businesses (painting experience strongly preferred) - Proven experience managing $50,000+/month ad spend per account - Strong Meta Ads experience at a strategic and execution level - Experience generating leads for home services or local businesses - Ability to manage multiple high-spend accounts simultaneously - Comfortable owning performance and results What You’ll Be Responsible For - Strategizing and executing Meta ad campaigns for painting businesses - Managing and scaling $50K+/month+ ad spend per account - Monitoring performance daily and optimising based on data - Leading creative testing and iteration strategies - Collaborating internally to improve overall account performance - Owning results across your assigned accounts
