We are looking for exceptional, A-player candidates to fill our customer success role.
An A-player in a Customer Success role at Homeowner Marketers looks like this:
- Positive outlook, ready to meet the needs and requests of clients
- Someone who is friendly, loves to smile and loves serving others
- Self-motivated and driven to work hard and produce quality results
- Marketing Agency experience. Experience working with tools such as GHL, Click-up, Slack and Monday.com.
- Account Management or client success experience so you can understand marketing strategies being implemented and communicate them in the language clients can understand and can feel confident in.
- Understanding of Meta Ads so you can learn and communicate our systems quickly. This is a MUST.
- Detailed so you can fully manage client performance and planning.
Additional tasks will include:
- Project manage creative and media buying teams
- Manage and analyze Annual, monthly and weekly plans and reporting
- Onboarding clients
Compensation for this role is $20-$25/hr. We are looking for candidates available for full-time work.
