Setters with 3+ years of experience will be paid $8/hour + bonuses on booked estimates that do not cancel (roughly 40% above average pay).

Max amount of time is 5 minutes, with less clients, we expect you to do it within 30 seconds. - Following our initial call system perfectly to build connections with the homeowner, get necessary information and booking the appointment - Scheduling an in-home consultation between the prospective client and our clients on our clients’ calendars. - Following up with prospective clients and furthering the sales process to ensure they attend the in-home consultation - Using our tech stack of the power dialer, Go High Level for the CRM and slack with ease. Technology should come VERY easy to you. Requirements: - Fluent or English Proficiency Level B2 and up (spoken and written) - Neutral accent

- Once we have hired you and given you a shift slot, this will be your shift slot. You will be expected to do this shift on the same days and times each week. To start, you will work 9-8 CST.

The typical pay for this role is $5 USD per hour.
